Navigating your white-labeled admin area

Your WooShop dashboard is designed to remove the clutter of a standard WordPress setup. By focusing on your store’s daily operations, the interface helps you process orders, update inventory, and check your sales performance without getting lost in technical configurations.

How to move around your store

Managing your site is straightforward when you know where the key tools live. Follow these steps to get familiar with your workspace:

  1. Log in to your account: Access your dashboard via the custom login URL provided in your welcome email. You’ll land on the main overview screen.
  2. Use the Sidebar Menu: The left-hand menu is your primary navigation. We’ve grouped items logically:

    • Store: This is where you manage Orders, Products, and Customers.
    • Analytics: View detailed reports on your revenue and top-selling items.
    • Website: Edit your Pages or adjust your site design using the Kadence customizer.
  3. Check the Top Bar: The toolbar at the top of the screen provides quick shortcuts. You can use the "+ New" button to add a product or post instantly, or click your site name to toggle between the dashboard and your live storefront.
  4. View Notifications: Look for the bell icon or the message area at the top. This is where you’ll see alerts for low stock, new orders, or required system updates.
  5. Access Your Profile: Click your name in the top right corner to change your password, update your email address, or log out.

Common scenarios

Checking your morning sales
When you first log in, the main dashboard area displays a "Store Overview" widget. You can see your net sales and order count for the last 7 days at a glance without clicking through multiple menus.

Updating a price quickly
Instead of digging through settings, hover over Products in the sidebar and click All Products. Use the search bar to find your item, click ‘Quick Edit’ under the product title, change the price, and hit ‘Update.’

Troubleshooting

The sidebar menu looks different than before
If the sidebar has shrunk to just icons, click the small collapse arrow at the very bottom of the menu to expand it again. If menu items are missing entirely, ensure you are logged in with your Manager or Admin account, as restricted roles see fewer options.

The dashboard feels cluttered with boxes
You can tidy up your view by clicking the Screen Options tab at the top right of the page. Uncheck any boxes for widgets you don’t use, such as "WordPress Events and News," to keep your workspace clean.

I can’t find the design settings
Design settings are located under Appearance > Customize. This opens the Kadence theme settings where you can change colors, fonts, and headers in a live preview mode.

Navigating your store should feel like second nature after a few sessions. Most of your daily work will happen within the Store and Analytics sections, while the Website section is reserved for occasional design updates.
