Instead, we’ve built a streamlined system using open-source tools where forms are routed securely to our database. Submissions are marked active, and a routine matching process pairs skills with requests. Once a potential match is identified, we take the next step by sending out an interview invite and, upon agreement, issuing an invoice for a 25% deposit.

Both the offer submitter and the gig worker remain private unless they agree to disclose their information and meet directly. This approach ensures mutual trust and fosters a professional yet personalized experience.

Fairness in Financials

We believe in empowering gig workers to keep the majority of their earnings. Acting as an escrow service, we charge no service fees beyond actual processing or tool costs. This ensures that workers retain at least 90% of their payment—or even 100% if they choose to cover processing fees and utilize their own tools.

Process Overview

  1. Submit Requests and Applications
    • Companies or individuals submit gig requests via a secure form.
    • Gig workers submit their skills and availability using the same system.
  2. Secure Database and Matching
    • Submissions are routed to a private database (no public profiles).
    • A routine cronjob (automated process) matches requests with suitable gig workers.
  3. Initial Contact
    • If a match is found, an invite for an interview is sent to both parties.
    • Upon agreement, an invoice for a 25% deposit is issued to the offer submitter.
  4. Privacy and Meeting
    • Both parties remain anonymous unless they agree to disclose their information and meet directly.
  5. Escrow and Payment
    • We act as the escrow service, holding funds securely.
    • Gig workers keep at least 90% of their earnings—or 100% if they cover processing fees themselves.
  6. Completion and Feedback
    • Once the gig is complete, the remaining funds are released to the worker.
    • Both parties can provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
