    -Convert Leads to Customers directly.
    -Opportunities are like deals now so you can convert them to quotations only.
    -Opportunities can no longer be converted to Customers, you have the leads for that.
    -Automatically create the contact person when you convert the lead to a cusotmer.
    -Added the ability to add your own titles,functions,priorities and tags under General settings.
    -The logged in staff member can only assign things to his or her own team only.
