HOW IT WORKS
From checkout to your own wallet.
- Customer pays. WooCommerce shows a unique crypto address, QR code, and payment instructions for that order.
- The tracker verifies. The gateway watches the enabled blockchain, records the received amount, and notifies WooCommerce through its webhook.
- You consolidate on your terms. Payments remain at their order addresses until you export sweep data and run the offline consolidation tool to your chosen wallet.
CONTROL & OWNERSHIP
Your server can receive payments without holding spending keys.
The public gateway uses extended public key data to derive receiving addresses. It does not need the private keys required to sign withdrawals. Your seed phrase and private keys stay under your control and are used by the offline sweeping workflow.
Choose a simple one-wallet setup for a single store, or a separate gateway wallet and cold-storage destination when you want stronger operational separation.

What buyers usually ask first.
Do I need to leave my computer running?
No. The VPS handles checkout, invoice tracking, and WooCommerce notifications. You use your own computer only when you choose to run the offline consolidation process.
What happens if a customer underpays?
The tracker records the received amount and marks the invoice as underpaid, so the merchant can decide how to handle the corresponding order.
Does the software include hosting, wallets, or legal compliance?
No. CryptoGateway is software. You provide the domain, VPS, wallet operations, network gas, hosting costs, compliance, refunds, and deployment security.
